Enrollment Information

ATS Cappers is a global handicapping service that allows members to share their sports information with the ATS Community and display weekly results.  The service is operated by ATS Network and uses the ATSCappers.com Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). 

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Website and your Membership in the Service.  We reserve the right to modify or terminate the ATSCappeers.com service for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other Member or any third party.  We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes.  As a Qualified ATSCapper, you will be paid 50% of every sale collected from your ATSCappers platform.  The remaining 50% will be applied to ATSBets' processing fees and management of the handicapping service. All terms are non-negotiable.

To start selling your picks you must first meet all guidelines set forth below and complete the ATS Cappers enrollment form.  The membership fee is non-refundable and all sales and guidelines are subject to the governing TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Paypal account to receive your payments
• Must have 30 days picks history before being eligible to sell picks
• Must pay $500 USD annual membership fee required prior to activation
